1. Order Confirmation & Payment Policy

All orders must be confirmed and paid for at least 48 hours in advance.
We do not accept same-day or next-day orders.

2. Pick-Up & Delivery Guidelines

Pick-ups are available strictly between 12 PM and 2 PM.

If your order is not picked up within this window, you will have to wait until the next available pick-up time.

We are not liable for any damage that may occur to your cake after pick-up or delivery.

3. Cake Design Disclaimer

We do not replicate other bakers’ or brands’ designs.

While you can send reference pictures, your final cake will be our own creative interpretation.

4. Cake Shelf Life & Storage

Cakes should be consumed within 3 days of pick-up.

Always store cakes in a cool, dry place, and refrigerate immediately if needed.

Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

If a cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery or pick-up, you may request a reschedule (subject to availability).

No changes or refunds will be allowed within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up.

6. Payment Channels

Please note: we only accept bank transfers to the business account details shared during your order.

We do not accept cash or personal transfers to individual accounts.
